College Life

Through my two-year study at HPSHCC, I acquired fundamental knowledge in the healthcare field. In addition to foundational classroom learning, we participated in various practical tests and laboratory practices, which are the essential skills for healthcare professionals. These learning activities will turly be invaluable for my future studies or professional career. Moreover, I wish to express my sincerest gratitude to all the lecturers. They provided immense support and motivation, consistently encouraged me to move forward, and helped me achieve significant accomplishments in my life.

Throughout my academic journey at HPSHCC, I gained a wealth of knowledge from this programme, particularly in Pharmacology, Anatomy, and Physiology. These courses equipped me well for university. Furthermore, lecturers were always patient in explaining concepts whenever I encountered difficulties, ensuring that I fully understood the lessons. At the college, I met many schoolmates from different disciplines, and we each played to our strengths to complete our group projects together. This learning module not only enhanced my teamwork skills but also strengthened my social abilities, which will be very helpful for my future interactions with others.

During my two-year study for the Higher Diploma in Medical and Health Products Management at HPSHCC, the experience was enriching and unforgettable. I acquired foundational knowledge essential for medical professionals, including human physiology, pathology, and microbiology, which has laid a solid foundation for my future studies. With persistence and effort, I successfully gained admission to my dream university degree programme.

I am especially grateful to my lecturers, who were not only teachers but also friends. They often stayed after class to discuss learning and academic planning, inspiring me greatly.

To my juniors, I would like to say: Stay curious and have the courage to try. The learning journey will inevitably bring pressure, but every breakthrough shapes a stronger version of you. Keep it up!

During my one-year study at HPSHCC, I acquired knowledge in biology, including anatomy and microbiology, as well as foundational knowledge in pharmaceutics. I am grateful to the lecturers for their support in both my studies and further academic pursuits. For instance, they addressed my academic inquiries and provided guidance on the Non-JUPAS application process. Their support has been invaluable in helping me pursue my goals.

Through my two-year higher diploma study at HPSHCC, I learned a lot about the fundamental aspects of nursing. My lecturers provided me with valuable assistance in my education and further studies, offering guidance and assisting me solve problems. I am truly grateful for the support of my lecturers and the College, which allowed me to successfully enroll in the university programme of my choice.

During the two years of studying Higher Diploma in Medical and Health Products Management at HPSHCC, I consolidated my knowledge of biology and chemistry, and also learned fundamental medical knowledge about pharmacology, which increased my understanding of the medical industry. I am very grateful to all the mentors for their guidance. I have benefited a lot in these two years, which enabled me to successfully enter the university of my choice.

Throughout these two years of study at the HPSHCC, I have learned a lot from the Higher Diploma in Medical and Health Products Management programme. It has provided me with a solid foundation in subjects such as microbiology, pharmacology and anatomy and physiology, which has greatly benefited me. Additionally, it has sparked my interest in the medical industry.

Finally, I would like to express my gratitude to my tutors for their dedicated guidance and for providing me with valuable advise and assistance regarding further studies. I would also like to thank the College for their strong support.

Studying the two-year Higher Diploma in Medical and Healthcare Products Management programme has allowed me to recognise the importance of various medical equipment and drugs, while also deepening my understanding of disease and infection concepts, as well as the structure and functioning of the human body. This experience has greatly benefited me. The programme not only offers diverse content but also includes highly practical classroom activities. Moreover, the lecturers are friendly, approachable, and patient, willingly addressing students' learning queries and encouraging us to take the initiative to learn. Whether I choose to pursue further education or work in the fields of biotechnology, testing, physical therapy, or nursing, this programme has laid a solid foundation for me that will serve me well throughout my life.

I studied for a two-year Higher Diploma in Medical and Health Products Management at the College. With the guidance and assistance from my tutors, I gained a good foundation in biochemistry knowledge, which greatly benefited me when I entered City University of Hong Kong’s Biology programme. I am very grateful to the College and my tutors for their selfless help and patient guidance in the past two years, which helped me, despite my failure in the public examination, to pursue my favorite subject and move towards my ideal. Therefore, students need not panic even if their test scores do not meet their expectation. The College will provide you with a new opportunity.

During my time studying at HPSHCC, I acquired extensive medical knowledge in disciplines such as pharmaceutics, anatomy and physiology, as well as laboratory and research instrumentation. This comprehensive education profoundly enhanced my interest in the medical domain and established a solid foundation for my subsequent university studies. Furthermore, I am grateful for the guidance provided by the college lecturers throughout these two years. In addition to their patient instruction in class, they provided me with information and suggestions on further study, which helped me delineate clear directions and objectives for my academic and professional future.

The Higher Diploma in Medical and Health Products Management not only solidified my understanding in health sciences, but also provided me with in-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations and the work of various healthcare professionals, particularly pharmacists, through the learning of pharmaceutical skills. The College also provided support in various aspects, such as academics and psychology. Over the past two years, I have benefited greatly from this course. I am very grateful for the support of all the lecturers, who has helped me clarify my direction and successfully progress to my favourite Bachelor Degree Programme.
